St. Luke's Nursery

We have a reputation of being one of the best, most flexible nursery’s in the area. That might be because we have been involved in providing childcare for over 20yrs and because we understand that choosing the right nursery for your child is probably one of the most important & difficult decisions you will have to make.

St. Luke's Nursery has staff that will let you see what a wonderful place our nursery really is and you can see for yourself why many describe our nursery and preschool as outstanding.

About Our Team
About Our Team

We are really proud of our nursery staff, from our manager to our kitchen staff and childcare practitioners. Each one is dedicated to supporting each stage of your child’s development. Many of our staff have been with us for several years and are a wonderfully caring team of practitioners who are trained to nurture, care for and inspire every child in their care to be the best they can be and because we don’t believe that one size fits all, every child is treated as an individual. Our aim is to see your child thrive.

About Our Services
About Our Services

As a nursery we care for babies from the age of 3 months right up until your child reaches school age. Of course children are not all kept in the same room but move through the nursery’s spacious rooms as they grow and develop. Rooms are designed with the age of the child in mind which always means children have access to age appropriate resources, be that toys or educational equipment and teaching.

About Early Years
About Early Years

All children have a key person responsible for every aspect of their ongoing development and as a childcare provider we are required to deliver an educational curriculum that meets the government standard of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). This ensures each child understands things like numbers, letters, social skills and reaches specific learning goals ahead of school. We cover the 7 areas of learning in our classrooms and through our curriculum on a daily basis. We want children to arrive and thrive at school.
