What We Believe
Our beliefs are based on Jesus’ command to “‘love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself’”
We believe that Jesus bridged the gap that exists between ourselves and our Heavenly Father by His death on the cross. We believe that the way to restore our hearts and our families is to place our trust in Him and experience His life-changing love by becoming one of His followers.
We believe that you can’t be a spectator in the body of Christ and so our church community ought to be a place where people know others and are known. We get to know each other by spending time together, praying together and worshipping together.
We believe that we are not here to condemn our community or simply survive it. We are here to bless it for God’s glory by giving our time and efforts to serve others. We believe that actions speak louder than words and so as a church we invest in our community in many different ways.
